Manny Dhaliwal’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, business disputes, financial institution matters, employment law, and real estate litigation. He guides clients through every stage of the litigation process, developing practical, strategic solutions that align with their business goals and desired outcomes.

Before joining Esshaki Legal, Manny served as in-house counsel for one of the nation’s largest mortgage lenders, where he managed litigation and advised on a broad range of legal and business matters across the country. He began his legal career in private practice, representing clients in a wide variety of civil litigation matters. Having worked both inside a major corporation and in private practice, Manny understands how legal decisions affect business operations, allowing him to provide advice that is both legally sound and commercially practical.

Manny earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and his Bachelor of Commerce in Finance, with honors, from Ryerson University. He is admitted to practice law in the State of Michigan.

Outside the office, Manny enjoys staying active through fitness and sports and spending time with family and friends.
